Dr. Roland Igbinoba

Founder, RIRFHUD

Dr. Roland Igbinoba, the CEO of RIRFHUD, has garnered over 21 years of experience in Nigeria’s financial services industry, including his time at the National Bank of Nigeria. He is a highly respected figure in the housing finance and investment sector.

He recently served as a consultant with the World Bank, contributing to the design and transaction structure of the Family Homes Fund (FHF) — a ₦500 billion social intervention program for housing initiated by the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dr. Igbinoba was appointed by the Vice President, H.E. Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, as a team lead for the Real Estate and Construction Sector under the Job Creation Unit of the Office of the Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He also serves as a member of the Technical Committee (Mortgage Sector) of the Financial System Strategy 2020 (FSS 2020), a Federal Government financial sector reform initiative driven by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Mr. Adebayo O. Adefeegbe

Distinguished Finance and Tax Professional

Mr. Adebayo O. Adefeegbe is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also an Associate of the Chartered Stockbrokers of Nigeria, a Mortgage Banker, and a pioneer professional in the mortgage industry since 2003. He holds an MBA specializing in International Business Management.

Mr. Adefeegbe is presently a Director at the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). Beyond his professional achievements, he has a passion for imparting knowledge, singing, dancing, and cooking. A devoted lover of God, he is happily married to Towobola (Queen Mother) and blessed with three Queens. He fondly jokes that he peacefully resides in a “Girls’ Hostel.”
